Maries Minde was a small herring boat of Hundested, Denmark, built in Liseleje, 1895. Of the history of this specific craft is little known, except that later on an engine was installed, being a Rap motor with side propeller.
Hull length: 9.73 m
Beam: 4.50 m
Depth of hull: 1.52 m
This model was built by J.P. van den Heuvel in 1982,
after plans provided by the “Handels- og Søfartsmuseet på “Kronborg”,
Danish Maritime Museum, Helsingør.

The model is 1 : 24 scale. Length over all is 63 cm (bowsprit and mainsail boom included), width is 20 cm, height is 70 cm (model stand included). The ship can be taken out of the stand, e.g. for transport.
This model has already been sold. The pictures and the data are shown in the gallery of the ship models sold only to let enthusiasts and model makers enjoy the photos and maybe get ideas or some guidance, if someone builds such a model by himself.
