The history of the Ewer HF 31 Maria
The fishing boat Maria was built from wood in 1880 at a shipyard on Elbe river close to Hamburg. The boat with the registration mark HF 31 is the oldest surviving boat of the "Ewer" type. It was used over 70 years mainly for catching sole and plaice.
The history of the ship is given rather detailed in a Wikipedia article. Today the boat is on display at the Deutsche Museum in Munich.

This model of Ewer Maria HF 31 is a very beautiful, fine piece of work. The ship model is 1 : 33 scale. Length is 76 cm, width 18 cm, height 61 cm.
The ship model can be taken out of the stand, e.g. for transport.
Price of the ship model and transport
The price of the model is 1800 Euro, plus transport cost.
Transport: The ship model can be secured in a transport box. This way,
delivery by
truck or air cargo over long distances can be safely done.
If you live
close by, picking up the model with your car may be a good way, too.
